The Pryor Consulting Approach
This project grew directly out of my consulting experience. I noticed a recurring pattern across academia and enterprise sectors: organizations want to leverage powerful AI, but they are terrified of public models hallucinating policies or leaking sensitive student or client information.
Hiring a consultant, like me, is simply not possible for some teams. I wanted to create something that was accessible to everyone. There is no "one size fits all" approach to institutional knowledge, but AI has promised us that doesn't mean there can't be a solution.
A researcher synthesizing literature needs vastly different boundaries than an administrator running an accreditation audit. Thought Cove provides isolated, zero-trust data ponds configured perfectly for your specific workflow—because your data shouldn't be forced into a generic mold.
